The complete tracker.

Training, food, sleep, weight — the whole athlete in one clean app, not three. Everything tracked. Nothing in your way.

And a coach on top: an AI coach that cites your own numbers, a weekly check-in so you can coach yourself, or your real coach reading the same log. The door in is a photo of your program.

How it works

Stop typing. Start tracking.
All three of it.

Without a coach you end up with three apps — one for the lifts, one for the food, one for sleep and weight. Here they are one. Not three tabs in a folder: three trackers that land in one history, meet in the weekly check-in, and get read every Monday.

TRACKER 01 · TRAINING
A live set on the Dial workout screen — the weight wheel on 205, reps on 13, the five grades below

Photograph the program. Train it.

A coach's PDF, a whiteboard, handwriting — it becomes a live tracker with targets, suggested weights and PR watch. Logged from the phone, the Lock Screen or the wrist.

TRACKER 02 · FOOD
Log a meal — one-tap repeats, plus Search, Barcode, Describe and Photo

Every way there is to log food.

Barcode, a photo of the plate, a few words, your voice from the Watch, one-tap repeats, or tick the meal your plan already wrote. 3.2 million products behind it — packaged and generic, USDA-verified first.

TRACKER 03 · HEALTH
Health cards — weight, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, steps

The context writes itself.

Weight, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, steps flow in from Apple Health and the Watch. Not one number typed.

ALL THREE LAND IN THE SAME HISTORY
EVERY WEEK · THE CHECK-IN
A week's check-in — photos, average weight, sessions, sleep, how the week felt

Once a week, the story gets honest.

Photos, measurements, and how the week actually felt — two minutes, kept forever. The three trackers meet here, in one page you can compare against any other week.

EVERY MONDAY · THE AI COACH
The AI Coach's brief, built from the week's numbers

Then it gets read.

The AI Coach reads training, food, health and the check-in together and writes your Monday brief — every claim cites the numbers behind it. Or your human coach reads the same week in the cockpit.

PILLAR 01 · TRACKER

Photograph the program.
Train it.

Photograph any program — a coach's PDF, a whiteboard, handwriting — and it becomes a complete, trackable program in seconds. Then it coaches back: targets, suggested weights, PRs caught live.

Ten workout screens. Find yours.

Real screens, not concepts — the same workout, ten structurally different workout screens. Drag the halo; stop on one and it opens, with the dashboard that comes with it.

Your tracker, your rules.

LiftScan bends to how you train — not the other way around.

Ten workout screens

Pick the workout screen that fits your head — switch any time, your data stays put.

24 program formats

Straight sets, supersets, Myo-Reps, EMOM, Tabata — whatever the plan says, it runs natively.

Every modifier

RIR, RPE, %1RM, tempo, rep types — programmed per set, shown exactly where you log.

Seven training styles

Lifestyle, Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Strongman, CrossFit, Hyrox — the app speaks your discipline.

Your own exercises

Custom movements with your own demo clips — next to a 1,000+ exercise database with auto-matching.

Display preferences

Decide what your screen shows — from bare numbers to full context, per workout screen.

Your own variables

Switch off HRV, sleep or steps from Apple Health, log just mood, soreness or stress, and name a biomarker of your own.

Your first program can be in the app tonight.

Log a meal — one-tap repeats, plus Search, Barcode, Describe and Photo
PILLAR 02 · NUTRITION

Log the plate, not a spreadsheet.

Scan a barcode, photograph the meal, or type three words — the day fills in either way. Calories and macros land next to the training they fuel.

Inside nutrition →
PILLAR 03 · HEALTH

The context writes itself.

Weight, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and steps flow in from Apple Health. A weekly check-in — photos, measurements, how it actually felt — keeps the story honest.

Inside health →
Health — sleep score, recovery, weight trend and sleep detail, read from Apple Health
Self-coaching

Everything a coach would ask for — read by you.

A weekly check-in: photos, weight, measurements, how the week actually felt — filed in two taps and laid next to last week. You make the call. The app just never forgets.

Live Activity · while you train

The set logs from the Lock Screen.

Start a session and it lives on the Lock Screen: weight, reps and the five grades, one thumb away. Log the set without unlocking — phone face-up on the bench, screen off between sets. And the tile is drawn in your workout screen: ten variations, two of them light, recognisable before you read a word.

Home-screen widgets

The day, before you open anything.

Four widgets for the four questions: what have I done today, what do I eat next, what does the day look like, where is my body at. Tap one and you land exactly there — and the day planner takes its colours from the workout screen you train in.

AI Coach · on top of all three

Tracking everything is the point:
now a coach can read it.

A food app sees your food. A sleep band sees your sleep. A gym app sees your sets. Your AI coach sees all of it — and every Monday tells you what it found, citing the numbers that produced each claim.

The Trophy Room

Rewarded for the plan
you already wrote.

Most streak badges are a dare invented by an app. These are not. The week's quests are read off your own plan — complete the six sessions you scheduled, five nights inside your sleep range, four days on your calorie target. In the app's own words: "Quests come from your plan — never a generic dare. One you skip simply disappears on Monday. Nothing is lost, nothing is owed."

Behind them: seven ranks from Iron to Legend, a named season medal every month — August is The Ember, twelve of them across 2026 — and sixty-nine medals in families that match how people actually train. The Night Shift for sleep. The Green Days for recovery. The Forge for training weeks. The Medal Case for PRs. The Engine, The Road, and Lifetime Tonnage for the iron.

Nothing here is retroactive marketing. A season medal reads earned — yours forever, and the run counters say what they mean: current run 232 sessions, best 232.

Training, food, weight, notes — the whole day on one page, every day kept. And when a plan says what the day was supposed to be, the diary shows both: prescribed next to performed.
